Pros

1. We get opportunities to grow through their various nation building projects (especially for me at that time). 2. Comp off for extra hours of work done in the office (depends on the type of boss you have). 3. Chance to lead projects individually. You are held responsible for its success or failure alike. 4. Chance to lead various project verticals like Heat exchangers, defence, vessels etc. 5. Decent food is provided.

Cons

1. More non productive and non value adding works. No one to listen even if you tell the same. 2. Many work to save their jobs especially top management, so uncertainty remains, like who will leave next. 3. You have to learn on your own and find time to improve on your own Inspite of busy work life. 4. Salary ( if not negotiated well during joining) and increments. 5. Expect no guidance from boss (as they may leave within 7-8 months). Highly demanding for top management.

Pros

Good team building skills and a friendly working environment and good supervision with friendly advice for questions needing answered. Good environment to work.

Cons

Low pay and hard to get paid what you were promised after your trial period and after 5 years of bouncing around doing odd jobs for the company still hard to get what you were promised.

Pros

Pay on time Some freedom on how to do the job

Cons

Lower pay for jobs worked If you're not in the "Inner Circle" you're not as likely to work as those who are Some contractors bill 40 hours a week and only work 1 day every 2 weeks Lots of favoritism with Crew Chief - her people don't have to work that hard - or at all
