      On time salary (But they are not pay masters) Since they deal with exotic materials, technical persons can learn.

      Cons

      No salary hike No respect to employees High attrition rate Middle management EGO issues No proper vision for the future High level politics (If you are planning to join any political party in future then you will gain enough experience here) Hire and fire policy.

      Pros

      Good team building skills and a friendly working environment and good supervision with friendly advice for questions needing answered. Good environment to work.

      Cons

      Low pay and hard to get paid what you were promised after your trial period and after 5 years of bouncing around doing odd jobs for the company still hard to get what you were promised.

      Lower pay for jobs worked If you're not in the "Inner Circle" you're not as likely to work as those who are Some contractors bill 40 hours a week and only work 1 day every 2 weeks Lots of favoritism with Crew Chief - her people don't have to work that hard - or at all
