Poor management. They do not care about you and will talk down on you. You are just another number to them. They make it mandatory that you work off a script and if you don't, they threaten your job. They want you to continuously push customers, even if the customer has told you they are worried about their credit and other financial concerns. They will have you lie to customers about the condition and availability of the vehicle, not caring about how far they are commuting to see it. The vehicles are not certified preowned, so some of them break down after the customers purchase them. They will fire you with no real reason, because their call center is actually shutting down, so they can try and avoid paying unemployment or severance pay. They will change the schedule without telling you and when you show up on your day off, they will try to gaslight you into thinking that was schedule all along and you made a mistake. Not knowing you have a picture of it in your phone.
