Pros
Good software team with some very sharp developers & engineers and interesting technologies. Good benefits and work/life balance. Employees treated very well. Worthy company goal.
Cons
It is a mainly software company, yet at times it seems top management doesn't see it or even want it that way. Too many management layers with too much politics and high turnover sometimes detrimental overall.
