Pros
- Contribute a little to helping made education better. They had lot of traction during covid and were able to raise a lot of funding.
Cons
- Bad culture. People are treated badly. One head of dept. asks employees to stay back till the night and leave only when work is completed. - Lots of red tapes. You don't get to know any data or information about how the company is performing. They hide it consciously and won't share even if you ask. - The company prospects are not great. They are finding it hard to raise their next round of funding or generate much revenue. - Heavily sales driven. They hire 5-10 sales people each week in the hope to sell alot. Because, the product is bad and they're not willing to accept it. - the heads of depts lie alot. When you are about to join, they show how awesome the company is to work at and how. But the truth is, people are stressed and resigning often. - Inexperienced leaders (some of them). Some Leaders are very insecure about their position as they have no proper experience or confidence. If you share any feedback or improvement, they will ignore and not care. Overall, very low trust and bad culture. Incapable people running the show. It's stressful to work at Teachmint. Be very careful about what they post on social media esp LinkedIn. I applied, joined and made a mistake. Don't take their word for anything.
