      Pros

      Great employee perks, highly collaborative environment, supportive and smart co-workers. Leadership is continuing to balance space for others to be involved in all staff interactions. Monthly town halls are engaging and informative.

      Cons

      The normal growing pains within a non-profit environment.

      Maximize impact with minimal time commitment. Great way to network and strategize with educational partners that impact all the stakeholders affecting K -14. Co-create educational tools that end users actually want.

      People seem relatively polite and nice

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Bait and switch operation. Completely disorganized. Underpay and undervalue their employees. Overall they aren't capable of offering the services that they claim to offer schools because they don't have the depth of knowledge. They just make up names, protocols, and ridiculous acronyms for everything. I felt like I was in an SNL skit every time I had to interact with them.
