Sometime workload can be heavy but not a con for me!

- Get to travel a lot. - Pretty high pay for a CELTA trainer job - Full-time in CELTA training (most companies don't do CELTAs year round) - Great place to get trained up as a CELTA instructor. - Social and fun work environment (meet interesting people from all over the world) - A great way to develop skills at both teaching and teacher training. - Pick up a great deal of other skills other than just teacher training (a bit of marketing, recruitment, social, management etc. skills)

- Difficult to have a stable life (e.g. Be married, owning pets, owning cars/houses etc.) because of the constant traveling and accomodation provided usually doesn't accommodate for couples. - Most locations in big expensive cities where the cost of living is pretty high. - A large work load. - Stressful due to logistics of traveling, high work load, and dealing with a lot of different personalities.
