Brilliant company where hard work and effort is rewarded. There is a genuine culture of helping staff to succeed and it doesn't matter where you're from or what you've done before, if you're willing to put the effort in and have a desire to be the best you get great rewards. You get out what you put in!
Cons
the dark mornings are a shock to the system at first but the buzz of being so busy in the mornings make up for it
