Pros

Helpful staff. Kind students. Remote opportunity. Easy prep.

Cons

Student's connection is janky most of the time. Tech issues galore. Low pay. Need to wear a tie if you're a man. Unnecessary Blue Screen. Graveyard shift hours, low-ish pay. Not encouraged to deviate off of the lesson plans, despite student level. Need to be very superficially animated, like an overly excited Disney employee with jazz hands.

Pros

Amazing schedule and time off. Also monthly bonuses.

Cons

Classes cancel without telling you so you have a lot of sitting around a waiting for a class to show up.

Pros

Work from home, company provides (some) equipment, range of students to teach

Cons

Constant changes in what management want from you. You're on call 15 minute before your scheduled work time, sometimes for classes that start in two minutes or less, and supervisors will beg you to sub classes sometimes just because they don't want to teach themselves. Expect to make between $12-15 an hour, and some classes can run up to two hours long and have tons of tech issues that cannot be resolved but will reflect in your evaluations. You get assigned the classes you teach, you don't get to pick, and the company watches your classes and evaluates them for even the tiniest mistake in timing, answering questions, interaction, even down to whether your lighting was slightly off. They make you keep up with insane evaluation standards to "get raises." If you don't meet their standards, they basically fire you for whatever they want with no warning. One of the most stressful, demanding jobs in online teaching. Do not recommend.
