Great people Cute kids clothes Focus on travel/global connection Great stated company values--if actually followed through on

Cons

One of the co-founders is legit and actually believes in the stated mission of the company--the other is a fraud who speaks a lot of nonsense. (Watch out for the crocodile tears.) Upper management keeps making bad business decisions Sub-par office working conditions with no climate control Compensation is absolutely on the low side of the scale Management plays favorites Terrible benefits

Pros

Tea delivers on its brand promise. Beautiful, unique designs; high-quality kids apparel; gives back 10% of profits. Lots of dedicated, passionate people work there. Small company feels like family. Very entrepreneurial environment, lots of support for owning and trying new ideas. It's a special brand and great place to work!

Cons

You wear lots of hats at Tea. Upside is you can learn and grow, but downside is the risk of burnout and/or lack of work/life balance.
