There’s a strong potential for technical growth, especially in cloud troubleshooting, customer communication, and case documentation. Microsoft Learn and internal training resources are often available.

Cons

Some engineers consistently receive more cases, while some receive fewer. Despite this imbalance, performance is measured using the same metrics, which creates a perception of unfairness and impacts morale.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
