      Pros

      Plenty of growth opportunities and a lot of resources and support with work whenever one needs needs it.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any concrete cons at the moment, and I do not have much of a frame of reference from a lack of experience with other jobs.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
