      Pros

      You can learn and develop your Leadership and Management skills, not because they will teach you, but because you will have to figure it out the hard way

      Cons

      You will have to do it all, even QA evaluations because they are getting rid of the QA department. No Transportation No food subsidiary, not even a vending machine in the building

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
