      The pay could be better. There can be pressure to meet targets. No public holidays and leave days are very limited.

      There are several activities that they host to improve engagement. Free transport system. Gold HMO plan.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
