      Pros

      The company has experience in other countries, but even though its headquarters in San Salvador, El Salvador is new, it demonstrates that it has very strong roots that promise a bright future in the country. It has great potential and human talent to become an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      For now, after a year of operations, the human talent and opportunities are significant. Hopefully, this will continue and keep growing.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
