      Pros

      Tools to help you grow are readily available, although certifications might be difficult to acquire.

      Cons

      The salary does not fit the difficult economy, does not meet industrial or any logical standards. Other locations receive better compensations than Nigerian site and there is no explanation for this. Less than 100 dollars a month as basic salary in 2025.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
