      Pros

      Nice office space if you like pictures.

      Cons

      You may need to kiss a** to move up the ladder, which isn’t ideal. Management sits in a foreign country and do not necessarily understand what gives in the Nigerian labor market, hence their decision making is mostly flawed and not favorable to staff in Nigeria.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
