Insufficient Salary Increases: The salary adjustments I received during my transitions from S2 to S3 and later to Technical Lead were minimal and did not reflect the added responsibilities. In some cases, I even earned less than colleagues in lower-level positions. Lack of Transparency: When I requested clear information about projected raises at 6 and 12 months for the offered positions, I was informed that this information was confidential. This lack of clarity generates uncertainty and makes it difficult for employees to make informed decisions about their professional growth within the company. Inequity in Opportunities: Despite being told that I couldn't apply for an SME position due to my time in the current role, I later learned that a colleague in the same position with the same length of service was able to go through the application process.
