      Pros

      Stability, learning, grow (with no salary increase)

      Cons

      Salary, if you grow there is no increase in salary, too much metrics that not depend on the engineers. Call Center methodologies. Tek do not make the job atttactive to join new people or to keep the people with More knowledge. Growing inside the company Is not atttactive since there is no monetary increase.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
