      Pros

      Tek-Experts is deliberate about developing their employees. What I love the most is the equal opportunity to all to learn and grow. The leadership listens to the employee feedback as well.

      Cons

      The best part of Tek is the quality of persons you meet here. Leaving Tek is always painful for most persons because it feels like you are leaving your family.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
