      Pros

      A company that cares about her internal customers. A company that treats human beings like human. A company that provides all you need to succeed at your role. This comes from only a company who is interested in seeing you succeed. That's all what Tekexperts Nigeria do.

      Cons

      Every organisation have their downside, it's your duty as an employee to improve the situation by contributing your quota to ensure the disadvantage is converted into an advantage. The way we approach a problem critically defines who we are.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
