      Tek is huge on career growth and creates the opportunities for her employees. A great place to learn and grow. Conducive working environment. Tek encourages the culture of stronger together.

      Cons

      Improvement opportunities exist, although I’m beginning to see Tek taking on them one day at a time.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
