      Cons

      Crossing between lines of business is very minimal Consumer LOB does not offer skillsets that are needed in enterprise environments The expectations do not in anyway match remuneration

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
