      You get to learn new technologies. Access to professional certification.

      Cons

      They put you under so much pressure to deliver. You are not well compensated for the hard work. The salary difference between regions is huge as they claim it's due to the geographical conditions.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
