      Some great coworkers and exposure to Microsoft technologies

      Cons

      No raises. No promotions. Nothing but poor management that only care about metrics. You need to be bad at your job to get a promotion

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
