      A good place to kick-start your career in IT

      Cons

      The salary in Nigeria compared to other sites (Colorado, San Jose, Bulgaria) is pathetic. Heartbreaking. It's DEMORALISING. The workload and expectation is HIGH but compensation is lol. As a starter I'll say learn what you can and advance to a better offer.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
