This is an area that we are committed to working on for 2021 – which has been even more challenging with the pandemic and people working remotely. However, we have several workstreams in place that are focused on improving in this area, and just today we held our Global Quarterly Town Hall hosted by our CEO who shared our current strategies. Another area of focus for us is building the careers of our staff. In 2020 here in the Colorado Location we saw that 33% of our employees received promotions in the last 12 months – and we are on track to beat that number in 2021!
