      Dynamic environment. High demanding duties. Exposure to multiple technologies and customer service situation

      Cons

      Noisy place. Focus on freshman unexperienced workforce instead of formal Engineers. Not pleasant for experienced senior engineers

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
