      You learn a lot from here, it's like an Academy.

      Cons

      No career progression within, they are more concerned about the ratings than their staff, they underpay compared to their fellow partners. The job is mentally draining.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
