      Exposure to all Support Processes of Microsoft being the major client of Tek Experts

      Cons

      Grossly underpaid and does not value their foot soldiers(Support Engineers or Representatives) who actually keep the Business Process Outsourcing business thriving

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
