Poor compensation compared to other sites around the world despite constantly beating targets, long work hours (9 hours) your breaks are not guaranteed, bad management decisions, people get salary increases ranging from 1-8,000 naira, no overtime pay. That place is a slave house. Unreasonable targets get smashed yet other sites in CR, China, US get paid better. Employees get paid as low as 120-200 dollars monthly while their colleagues who do less work for 1,500 dollars and above. Terrible management again, handicapped country managers. Fam, I am not exaggerating.
