      Good Collaboration amongst employees, great team spirit, staff mobility, Health insurance

      Cons

      Very poor Salary Structure . No two persons of the same team earns the same salary. Your motivation would drop when you see that the poor performing Engineer in your team earning way above you.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
