      It is a good place to learn and interact with technical like minds.

      Cons

      The management of the company sees their employees as money making machines. Make promises that refuse to keep. Create overnight contracts and force the employees to sign or lose their jobs. Ignore the complaints about poor working and health services especially during the pandemic.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
