      Extremely stable company, very nice environment, lots of opportunities for people with no experience.

      Cons

      Base Salary is low and hard to get a raise, career paths are confusing and not well defined.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
