      Thanks for the feedback. Improving our communication across the company is one of our key goals for 2021. We also have a matrix reporting structure - so I can see where there would be some confusion. However, in our global working environment we find that this structure helps bring consistency to our global approach to supporting our customer.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
