Pros

The company's leadership follows through with action. I've been working for more than 20 years and I've worked for a lot of companies with mid-level management who have no further interest than checking boxes. Tek does have challenges, but the company's leadership honestly acknowledges those challenges, advocates for customers and support teams, and communicates the goals we're striving to achieve.

Cons

The real challenge is working for a company that works for another company. Tek's potential for excellence is only constrained by the limitations of the company Tek is contracted with.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We have really been focused this past year on leadership training and development - and I'm very pleased to hear that its making an impact. I acknowledge your comments about working in a BPO environment - we are always driven by the needs of the client. However, the better relationships we build the more successful we will become! Lastly, thanks for your comments on how we have handled COVID. There has been a huge effort on the part of many people to ensure we 'get it right' for our employees - I'm happy to hear your feedback on this!

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
