      An environment to learn for new staffs on IT world

      They don't care about the staff welfare or security, but after you getting your work done. They don't keep to their words or promises.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
