      Exposure to various technologies. You will learn a lot.

      Cons

      You may lose your mental health while working here. The management does not care about their employees. There is no work balance. Just work. There is no defined career path. Employee benefit is zero. There is also no job security. You may have your job in the morning and lose it in the afternoon.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
