5yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. As we are committed to meeting the needs of our clients, there will be some times when we ask employees to be flexible with their schedules. Our standard approach is to give a minimum of a 2 week notice on changes, but it’s never a guarantee. During the interview process you will be asked about your ability to flex your schedule when needed – and if you indicate that you are not flexible then we will not continue with the interview, because we know that this is always a possibility. We are as transparent about this as we can be, and we agree if you’re someone who can not flex your schedule when the client’s needs change this job will not be a good fit for you.
