Working environment is ok overall. However, it's hard to aim for a long-term plan or goal, due to lack of information from higher managers. The business plan, career roadmap can be changed any time without further notices, it create the uncertainty about future and any goal you're trying to achieve. Even if the business plan is in stable at some points, it's hard for employees to get higher position due to lacking of personal development plan or roadmap. To be fair, there're some activities but it's not enough to fill in the big picture.
