Pros

adequate pay for the type of job employees treated well management listens and are transparent

Cons

Team leadership is often overloaded so assisting the floor slips Litttle to no support on a weekends day if you work.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
