      Part of the company truly believes in the core values.

      Cons

      Middle management while I was in the role was not open to new idea's, disrespectful, and unethical. The recruiting department also had some ethical issues.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
