      This is a good place for any kind of fresh-graduate people. You need to be good in English then the rest will be carried by the old and experienced team members.

      Cons

      If you know how to sycophantic your team manager/boss then you do not have to focus to improve other skills.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
