      Pros

      You get to realise how good you are in doing things you never imagined you could do - You understand certain International laws and ways of doing business, you see yourself become a cloud expert in a short period of time

      Cons

      You are just another number to Tek Pay is low You have 10 days leave annually They would sack for the silliest things ever -- They sacked a manager for being loved by his team. There are very few things good about Tek as most of which are toxic

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
