Pros
The location is very good. Right in the center of Sofia, makes it very easy to reach work. Additionally if you are inexperienced you will learn a lot by working in the Support department. The company is a contractor company for other bigger companies.
Cons
The cons: - the working space is small - the office is built to fit all several hundreds of employees in the center which makes it packed and not much space - some of the management is okay but some is not very experienced - the working hours are not very flexible: 9-6 with no home office. - the salary for 1st line and 2nd line support is low based on the industry's average for Bulgaria - Overall, the atmosphere is not the best for you to feel comfortable if we compare the other's IT companies offices.
