      Friendly Team: One of the standout aspects is the people. Co-workers are welcoming, team-oriented, and easy to get along with, which makes coming to work every day much more pleasant.

      Limited Growth Opportunities: Due to the nature of the customer support industry, long-term career development can be somewhat restricted. Advancement paths may be limited, especially for those looking to move into specialized or higher-level roles.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
