      Small tight knit teams and lots of opportunity for additional learning

      Cons

      Bad pat, unreal expectations, no opportunities for advancement or raises and even though they offer a certificate program good luck getting one

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
