Pros

Honestly the only pros I have had was when I had to go on leave.

Cons

No orientation, didn’t go over time or attendance so people were on corrective action finding out last minute. Didn’t go over benefits. No Communication at all from leadership. Management team is trash. My supervisor was in training the same time we were, learning the job at the same pasted and quit after a month. Less just say I’m no longer there as well.

Pros

There are none in Human Resources department

Cons

Working at TDB Communications gave me a clear view of how much leadership shapes the employee experience. While the work itself was meaningful and the team had potential, the overall environment was overshadowed by a culture that often felt disorganized, dismissive, and emotionally unsafe. 🚩 Leadership Culture The biggest challenge was the leadership style. Instead of fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability, the environment often felt tense and unpredictable. Communication from management could be inconsistent, reactive, or lacking follow‑through, which made it difficult for employees to feel supported or confident in their roles. 🚩 Employee Treatment There were moments where employees felt unheard or undervalued, especially when raising concerns. Feedback didn’t always lead to action, and at times it felt like issues were minimized rather than addressed. This created a culture where people were hesitant to speak up, even when something was clearly wrong. 🚩 Impact on Morale The combination of poor communication, lack of accountability, and inconsistent leadership created a toxic atmosphere that affected morale and productivity. Many employees expressed similar frustrations, which shows the issues weren’t isolated. ⭐ What Could Improve TDB has the potential to be a strong organization, but it would require: Leadership training focused on emotional intelligence and accountability Clearer communication channels A genuine commitment to employee well‑being A safe, anonymous reporting structure for concerns
