      Too many different IT systems Constantly changing to new IT systems, is a waste of money Salary is usually low, and increases slowly in Hong Kong Office (unless you are promoted)

      The Business Modell is unique. Tchibo does a lot of different things. That means work can be very interesting.

      Incompetent top managemet who are totally disloyal and primarily concerned with their own careers.
