Colleagues are generally supportive and approachable, and there is a strong sense of teamwork within departments. The firm continues to invest in systems and processes, which has helped modernise ways of working and improve efficiency. Leadership is visible and engaged, and there has been a clear effort to communicate business direction and changes. There are opportunities to get involved in firm‑wide initiatives, and people who show commitment and professionalism are recognised and trusted with responsibility.

Most of the staff are lovely.

Toxic work environment. High turnover of staff. No support, no training, no career progression, no pay rises and no end of year bonus/profit share. They do not care about their staff. Avoid if you value your career and mental health.
